Psychologische Begleitung und Beratung

Über mich: geboren wurde ich 1963 und bin Diplompsychologin und ausgebildete Hypnosetherapeutin. Ich kümmere mich vor allem um die Baumschule, die mir mein Mann hinterlassen hat, habe aber trotzdem Zeit für Einzelberatungen, einfach anfragen. Eine Kombination einer Auszeit mit psychologischer Begleitung ist auch denkbar.

Close to Nature. A 20-min bike ride or a 10-min car ride takes you to the nearby lagoon beach (Fuzeta and the nature reserve Ria do Formosa), a haven for birdwatchers and nature lovers. Fuzeta is also part of one of Europe´s mayor cycling routes, offering stunning views and endless opportunities for exploration.
Comfortable and Private Accommodation. The spacious room comes with a private, south-facing balcony, a double bed, wardrobe, armchair and a small table. It is sharing bathroom with a second room. All of this is upstaires with own, private entrance.
Shared kitchen and cozy Living Space. The fully equipped, self-catering kitchen is located in a separate building and features a large, open space with a dining area, lounge chairs and a wall of sliding glass doors that let the outdoors in. Even on rainy days, it feels like you`re in the garden. You can also enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area, surrounded by lush greenery. There is also a large rooftop.
Space for Yoga and Reflection. The balcony and rooftop provide ideal spots for yoga or meditation on sunny days. The house is surrounded by a plant-nursery, creating a whimsical jungle-like atmosphere.
Here also live some dogs and cats. All friendly and ready for a cuddle.

Wäre das etwas für Dich?

Mein Angebot richtet sich an Menschen, die ruhige Orte schätzen und Natur, Pflanzen und Tiere mögen. Es gibt hier verschiedene Möglichkeiten, ein Gästezimmer kurz- oder längerfristig zu nutzen, als Urlaubsstandort oder für eine mehrwöchige Auszeit. Mit oder ohne psychologische Begleitung und eventuell auch mit Mithilfe auf dem Hof.

Ruhe finden inmitten von Pflanzen und Tieren

Ich lebe auf einer kleinen Farm in der Ostalgarve/Portugal in ruhiger Lage mit einer kleinen mediterranen Baumschule u.a. Franigipanis) und Katzen und Hunden. Es ist ein schöner Ort, der sich gut eignet zum Entspannen oder für eine Auszeit. Es gibt hier zwei Gästezimmer mit WiFi, die sich ein Bad teilen und eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Selbstversorgungsmöglichkeit.
Faro ist 25 km entfernt, der nächste Ort Moncarapacho 2 km.
